It is important that you check the bulletin board whenever you are at the pool so that you can keep up with general news, special events or scheduled updates. Facility Use Being a Steward of the Pool - To keep membership dues low, it is requested that ALL members take an active role in the rules and expectations of the pool area. If you see a need and can fill it, please step up and do so. Keeping the pool area clean, safe and maintained is a community effort and we depend upon the input and support of everyone in order to be successful. Examples of ways to help include: Emptying trash and recycling cans when full Hosing down ramada areas and tables when sticky Keeping entrance gate closed at all times Reminding other members that glass is not allowed Restocking supplies in the bathroom Chairs and Tables - You are welcome to move the chairs, tables and benches around the area to fit your needs. We do ask that before you leave, especially at the end of the night, all chairs, tables and benches be placed back on the patio area. The sprinklers do come on early in the morning and furniture left out interferes with the sprinklers and becomes water damaged. Volleyball - Do not allow children to hang on the net as it will become damaged. Also, we have installed a timer light switch for your use, it is located on the pole closest to the court. Lights - A set of light switches are on the west side of the wall inside the pump room, which is accessible from an access panel in the pump room door. Grills - The charcoal grills are available for your use. Please ensure to empty the old (cold, not hot) ashes before you light up your grill. Members may not use (or combine with any other Member) guest passes to be used instead of scheduling a party. If any Member has more than nine (9) guests present at any time, it will be considered a party and the Member will be billed for a party.
